an HTMA Certified Integrative Women's Health Coach, group fitness + yoga teacher, mom… and a woman who has felt completely depleted and uncomfortable in her own skin.

Do you take insurance? Can I use HSA/FSA cards?

We don’t work with insurance, and that’s intentional. 

This allows us to offer deeper, personalized support without limitations or red tape. 

But many clients choose to use HSA or FSA accounts to cover part or all of the program.  You may need to check with your provider for approval. We can provide itemized receipts, if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards via our secure portal. Payment plans are available at checkout

What if I can't afford this right now?

Are labs included? What if my doctor already ran blood work?

Blood tests show a snapshot. Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis shows the trend.

Minerals leave tissues long before blood levels change. HTMA gives a 3–4 month window into hormone function, metabolism, adrenal health, cellular energy and detox capacity, often revealing what blood work misses. Your first HTMA is included.

How do I complete the HTMA test?

We mail everything to complete the sample at home, follow the instructions to add your hair sample to small white envelope and seal it. Fill out your name, shampoo, and the HTMA Submittal Form. Then put the completed form and small envelope inside the pre-stamped envelope addressed to Trace Elements Lab. Notify your HTMA practitioner that you have placed your sample in the mail! I'll take care of the rest.

Is private coaching included?

You’ll receive a private onboarding intake and a weekly check-ins to refine your plan. If a call would be helpful, we’ll schedule one. Most women thrive with the structured support inside the program.

Are group calls required?

Nope. They’re there when you need them, but never mandatory. Every time you submit your check-in form it will be reviewed, and I will send you personalized feedback and guidance.

What’s the community like?

Supportive, intimate, and safe. A private space (not social media) for accountability, encouragement, and connection.

Will I need a lot of supplements?

Only what’s necessary and what your body really needs. Our first priority is calming your system and building a strong foundation with nutrition and lifestyle. Your plan is targeted with evidence based nutrition, mindfulness, and movement recommendations. If needed a curated formulation based on your HTMA lab results is available to you, and typically cost an additional $100/month. Random supplement use often makes things worse, HTMA provides clarity.

I’m busy. Will I have time?

Yes. Designed for real life. Most women spend 20–30 minutes a day implementing and checking in.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No diets. No calorie counting. We focus on balanced, blood-sugar-friendly meals tailored to you.

Do I need to be in shape or have prior strength training experience?

Not at all. This program meets you where you are, and you’ll build strength safely and progressively. The workouts are beginner-friendly, adaptable for bodyweight only, or even use at the gym. If you’re more advanced, you’ll still feel challenged, supported, and coached.

Can I join if I’m on hormonal birth control?

Yes, and it’s especially important. We focus on rebuilding depleted foundations while supporting your current choices.

Is this vegan-friendly?

We emphasize animal-based proteins. If you’re open to eggs, fish, collagen, etc., this may still be a fit. Please schedule a complimentary call if you'd like to discuss.

Is this safe if I'm trying to conceive?

Absolutely! We focus on mineral balance, thyroid health, ovulation quality, and metabolic resilience, all of which are foundational for fertility.

What happens after the program?

You’ll have the option to continue in a VIP Monthly Membership for ongoing support, discounted testing, and sustained progress.

What is your refund policy?

What happens after I sign up?

Right after signing up you'll be directed to a Welcome page with all the details you need to get rolling. There you'll complete your Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and hop into the Hormone Ease Community App to get connected. Once your intake is submitted, I will mail you your HTMA test kit, so that we can personalize your path to wellness.

In the meantime we'll kick off with building the foundational pillars of health into your daily rhythm: nervous system regulation, restful sleep support, energizing movement, and simple blood sugar balancing fuel! Each day simple action steps will appear on your app calendar to help you create the small manageable shifts towards ease.

Once your lab results come back you will receive a personalized review breakdown video, and your calendar will be updated with easy to incorporate nutrition, mindfulness, movement for your unique body's needs. If 90 days of custom supplementation was included in your purchase, those will be mailed to you at this time as well.
